0169Lineo Segoete serves as Programming Director of Ba re e ne re. She contributes to the programming and operations management of Ba re e ne re projects. She is a long-time creative writer who is part of the movement spearheading creative industries and art events in Lesotho, first as the Events Manager and Media Officer of the Morija Museum and Archives and currently as an independent consultant. Her skills include concept development, project management, and marketing and curating of online content. She has been a sub-editor at one of the leading newspapers in Lesotho and is an active promoter and participant in the arts and crafts scene in the Maseru region. She is also communications coordinator for the Gender, Entrepreneurship/Empowerment and Media (GEM) Institute. She holds a B. Bus (Honours) in International Business from the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology.

2015_09_Z_Rosen_webZachary Rosen is the Administrative Director of Ba re e ne re supporting Ba re e ne re activities with project management. He is a writer and multimedia producer currently working for Peace Corps. He also serves as photography editor for the media critique website Africa is a Country, deconstructing the politics of African visual representation. Mr. Rosen lived in Maseru, Lesotho from 2010-2011, working to support various economic development and creative initiatives. He has returned to Lesotho each year since then. He holds a B.A. from Colorado College with a Major in International Relations and a Minor in African Studies.

‘Makate Maieane is the Logistics Officer for Ba re e ne re. Born and raised in the Lesotho. Grew up in the dusty streets of Ha-Mabote. The son of a Mathematics and Chemistry teacher and an Attorney. A BA Media Studies and Journalism graduate at the University of the Free State (UFS). Currently completing his Honours in Africa Studies with University of the Free State. A student leader who is very much active and passionate about leadership. A part-time writer, a sucker for radio and reading! His preferred readings are historical books and biographies and he is a lover of soccer and rugby.
